MindFlow Works LLC DBA MindFlow ("MindFlow") gives you control over your account data. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens after a request is processed.Effective Date: 02/23/2026
In the App
Delete individual entries or your entire account from App settings.
By Email
Request deletion from the email address tied to your MindFlow account.
What to Expect
Requests are typically processed within 30 days with confirmation.
1. Delete Data in the App
If you have an active account, you can delete individual journal entries, reflections, or your entire account from within the App settings. Account deletion deactivates credentials and schedules removal from active production systems.2. Request Deletion by Email
You may also request deletion by emailing WMINDFLOW@GMAIL.COM from the address associated with your account. Include:- Your full name
- The email address tied to your MindFlow account
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated data deleted
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon confirmed deletion:- Account credentials are deactivated
- Identifiers are removed from active production systems
- User-associated data is scheduled for deletion per our retention policies
4. Retention Exceptions
Encrypted backups, security logs, and records required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes may be retained for a limited period before being overwritten or destroyed.5. Processing Time
Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once the request has been completed.6. California Privacy Rights
